Standard is offered as an auto-renewing subscription through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID, and the subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Prices are set per country. The amount shown on the App Store for your region is the amount you are charged.
You can cancel at any time in iOS under Settings > your Apple ID > Subscriptions. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
